NQ Daily and Weekly 14-day RSI under 30 signals short-term oversold. We are there. When daily weekly and monthly are under 30, that will mark an extreme oversold. Expect some serious short-covering rally. During downtrends, Thursdays are good days to watch for turning points, especially if...

Im Starting To Notice A Pattern...Again

Stock index futures rise overnight, like magic. Then are sold when the cash markets open. Gee where have I seen this before. Today the pesky CPI crashed the rise before the cash open

How shall the market react to the FED?

The FOMC just gave a green light to $150.00 crude oil. These guys could care less if people have to pay over $8.00 per gallon of gasoline. They are pussy footing around, food and energy will march much higher now.

This is what a genuine bear market looks like...

I welcome bear markets, they clear the air and offer great value hunting. I just don't think the central bank will allow this with the mid terms 6 months out. After the midterms sure.

Negative GDP just what the FOMC needed

So next week we will find out if my assessment is correct. I think they will use the negative GDP as an excuse to "monitor the data" they raise a quarter-point and keep QE. All the hawk talk will cease. They may say they care about inflation but they really don't.

Negative GDP just what the FOMC needed

They do not care about inflation, if they did they would have acted forcefully by now....Raising 0.25% is not forcefully with inflation at 8.50%. And we all know it's much higher than that.

Negative GDP just what the FOMC needed

As backward as it is the markets will see this as a positive....why you ask. Because the FOMC can keep the current policy in place. Next week they meet This is the cover they will use to only raise a quarter-point. QE is still going.

    Egg Price Spike April 2022

We are one crop failure away from hyperinflation. We can all get by without some things, food is not one of them. What's the FOMC doing...NOTHING, but talk. This evening we will see how much more QE was added. All this time FOMC has been talking tough, they are still adding to their balance...

ES,NQ,YM-Possible Inverse Head & Shoulder Daily Charts

The DJIA seems to be setting up nicely. Broke the neckline with strong volume. The measured moves are quite large in all three of these major indexes. It may take months to play out but it's worth the risk.

Who can afford Netflix when milk is now over $4.00, a dozen eggs $3.90 yesterday at Walmart neighborhood store. These prices will continue to climb.
