We are nearing into a supply line that has been sold into on 2 occasions making it a very valid place to look for a top. Sal has posted the chart a couple times. I would say a move back to 81 and potentially 78 possible.

A point is nothing, I daytrade here in the journal for fun. None of my bread and butter positions are day trades. Keep things in context. Ive been shorting this rally for a while due to monthly and weekly chart indications. Now the daily has finally come to agree.

I actually completely see the same thing in this short trade. You can never know the precise high but yes the stars are lining up on this crude short.

I would be perfectly comfortable with this loss if crude opened up at 88 tomorrow. I trade multiday positions often and have learned the lesson many times you will get burned having stops active in after hours. I am also fairly confident in this short.

reshort from .87, stop at 87.08, half position to try again to hold overnight

flat .46

covered half at .50, stop to BE on the other half. See if I can manage to stay in it overnight.

ratcheting down here. Stop to .85, could blow up in my face if we decided to make a run to the 87.20-.40 area.

right now I'm not planning on much because it doesnt look there is much to be given. 86.50 But if the reaction looks strong ill stick with it to 85.
