What do traders use to get live up to the second stock and option quotes? I watch prices with the streaming live quotes from my account at OptionsXpress but I don't know if their streaming quotes are up to the split second? What do you traders here use?

I bought CIT late in the day today @ $23.75 I hope this news will help CIT tomorrow.
