I'm a little confused. Are you saying I am going to retire poor or I will be rich and buy a boat?

Thanks for the feedback so far. I may do a spreadsheet if I can find the time. The greeks would be nice but I want to keep my trades private. x2 speed could be a possibility. Anyone else want to share results?

That is an excellent alternative that does achieve the same position. Anyone adjusting iron flys or iron condors that wants to trade based on cyclicality could apply the technique laid out in the PDF or apply a synthetic equivalent to the adjustment explained in the PDF either way the trade...

Regarding the OR statement. What I meant was take a loss OR roll the position. This thread is about adjustments and I consider rolling a type of adjustment. You can call a roll independent events as they are but I also consider them an adjustment. If we are referring to adjustments then that is...

When the question is about possible iron condor adjustments (iron condors and iron flys are very similar I think we can agree on that. This technique can be used to adjust iron condors.) and I provide an answer to that question how is that absurd? Did you have any possible adjustments to iron...

Looks like a slight calculation error which can occur with a lot of calculations. I didn't have any one else double check the work. My proofreader had computer problems and was not able to edit this piece. I fixed it. Thanks for reviewing for any possible errors.

I appreciate your interest. It is difficult and extensive to explain. I have created the videos in order to provide a step by step breakdown of how and when to apply the strategy.

Some traders roll the untested side to the point of inversion. You can even roll the untested side to the point of inversion. I call this an "Inverted Credit Spread". To see how this can be profitable go here for free videos http://theperfectpassiveincome.com/index.php/tradingcodefirst30days/

cash balance in a trading account

Yes the market is very efficient. Without an edge, statistically its pretty much break even. Selling covered calls ect. can be profitable with an edge. For example playing volatility to revert to the mean. Thanks for the good words about the site.

cash balance in a trading account

Maybe lets see from my angle: 150 trades 79.5 winners lets say 80. 70.5 losers lets say 70. Was it $10 commission per trade? Lets say yes. That's $150 per year in fees. 50k / 150 trades = $333.33 at risk per trade. He makes or losses 5% per trade or $16.66. $16.66 * 80 wins = $1,333.33. $16.66...

How much time do you spend monitoring your trading systems everyday

I have put together many many option trading systems. At the moment I am trading two totally mechanical systems I developed. Neither system is directional and when you take that out of the mix I found it doesn't take much time (Well not with these systems anyway). One takes 0-5 minutes a day and...
