    Any Jason Bourne fans?

I'm not sure it's in the movie but in one of his books (ulimatum?) Someone promises to obey him - or something like that. Anyone remember this?

    Banks and "Large" transfers

Reality disagrees with you. There is this thing called "cocaine" and too many bank employees use it.

    Banks and "Large" transfers

Did you hear the story about the guy that told a nigerian scammer to go screw, but it turned out it was not a scammer and the guy lost out?

    Banks and "Large" transfers

I don't really like the idea of having a single large (millions) wire transfer come in to a bank account. I also don't like the idea of splitting it up to different banks, lest the sender get confused. Anyone have much experience with this? What are your suggestions? Good ways to cut taxes?

"foreign assets" reported by public companies?

Is this reported at all? I'd like to see a chart of foreign assets averaged across an index of companies over the last several years.

    Fundamental analysis

Maybe I missed it, but I noticed this counterpart to technical analysis does not exist on the board. I'm not sure it is needed, but thought I should mention it.

    Changing Habits

I understand. This probably isn't it but behaviors can become linked to unrelated things. For example, maybe you used to eat in a particular restaurant on a regular basis while exercising a habit. You quit both, then one day go back to that restaurant and the habit returns. It can be less...

    Beer made me smarter

You know the old story of a drunk having an amazing idea, then when he sobers up he realizes it was stupid. The opposite just happened to me. I had an idea that I thought was pretty cool, but after having a beer I realized it was stupid. (joking, but true)

Inflation - Prices are going up!

Confirmed. I've noticed the same thing. 50% price increases not uncommon. View this: http://www.deagel.com/country/forecast.aspx You can't expect an economy based on theft and eating children to last forever.

Windows 10 - Awful Performance and UX - spin spin spin...

It may not happen. I think google has planted saboteurs in Microsoft that are pissing people off on purpose to drive away customers. Probably everyone is going to move to linux or maybe google will come out with an improved "pro" version of chrome OS that isn't a neutered bitch. My point is...

Windows 10 - Awful Performance and UX - spin spin spin...

Give it a try. If you are new to linux, puppy linux is fun to try. If your computer is beefy enough you can run starlinux very easily.

If XP isn't good enough for you, you should be using linux or better yet, Solaris.

Windows 10 - Awful Performance and UX - spin spin spin...

Yep. When it comes to windows, older=better. Windows 7 is probably the most recent windows I will ever use. XP is best for most purposes. I use XUbuntu (a flavor of Ubuntu linux) on a daily basis.
