Ensign has backplay. One of the Ensign rooms generally builds playback files for the day. It's not hard to do from what I understand but I have never done it personally.

during the day keep the taksmanager open on the process tab and watch the individual processes to see which ones climb the highest. That will give you a much better idea on which app to focus on.

I agree with gnome. Might try moving msn, order entry and browsing off to a different pc. I do those things on a laptop during trading hours so my main machine can do the heavy lifting with less on it to service.
