Another way is to use super DIM options (with delta ~80% or more) and in this case, you will be less affected by extrinsic values like implied volatiolity and time decay,..

Not sure why you not just do a simple credit spread (i.e. bear call spread) and you no need to tie up your capital with margin and you stll achieve the same outcome, neutral to bearish expectation...:confused:

The problem is even they get it wrong most of the time, , e.g. the market move less or more than the "predicted" breakeven, you still can't make money out of it as you don't know you should long or short straddle in each time :p
