Any broker/platform offers auto-liquidate RM feature (like Rithmic)?

If there's a futures/equity broker that can set a max loss limit on the broker side with closing of open positions please let me know, I have a few customers for you :-) Not some setting that you can disable on the client-side, because that's not working. -)

Why isn't IB up here defending themselves?

Can people please stop bitching about Java and Windows. TWS Runs on Java, Java is compiled into bytecode and the JVM runs it on your platform of choice (linux, windows, mac, ..) If you click on something in TWS and it goes slow, then this has NOTHING to do with Java, but only with the...

Boeing's 737 Max Software Outsourced to $9-an-Hour Engineers

Yeah, I do agree that Boeing is also flying much longer than Airbus and in the old days when Airbus wasn't born yet planes were not that safe.

Boeing's 737 Max Software Outsourced to $9-an-Hour Engineers

This is absolutely false. Airbus always had a slightly better safety record than Boeing.

    TWS works well with Linux?

That's because you know nothing about Java or C++, or you wouldn't say stupid things like this. Java is based on C++, you idiot.

    TWS works well with Linux?

So why is this happening with most of my customers in Chicago and NYC? You know nothing. Memory leaks in Java are probably one of the easiest fixes, compared to C++. C# has a mini market share compared to Java, the marketing train is on full power with Blazor and .net core 3.0 but it's...

    TWS works well with Linux?

You don't know what you are talking about. Today, Java is replacing most of the C++ code in finance for trading because the compiler and Jit makes Java as fast and in some cases faster than C++ code.

    Looking for a better deal

Give Bob a call, lightspeed is a solid broker for high volume equity traders. If you show them volume you will not be disappointed. You think you don't need service with a broker but you do, it's a partnership.

    0 bid with volume

Why should there be a bid, later on, to let a trade happen? If you are the only one on the bid and you get taken, and there are none left, then, what's the problem? Volume will show up and the bid will be empty.

    Strategy placement only algo's

You know nothing about IT otherwise, you would not put up such nonsense. Cronjobs have nothing to do with microservices. You know nothing, I'm sorry I can't argue with you about things.

    Strategy placement only algo's

cronjobs have nothing to do with isolating services. no idea what you are saying here.
