I have a rather big account at IB and all that stuff of the last months posting here about IB's actions and them making trades (like buying MF Global shares) makes me very nervous. What are the alternatives ? I'm looking for brokers who deal with securities.

He keeps on writing books and selling trading room access. He never shows live DOM when taking trades and he never showed an audited account status. SELLING BOOKS AND TRADING ROOM ACCESS IS HIS NUMBER 1 SOURCE OF INCOME, NOT TRADING. AL BROOKS IS OVERRATED.

Problem is with PHD's system trading: They either never go live because it's never finished. Or they stop it because they can't handle it psychologically. Seriously, avoid PHD's in the trading business. It's known to fail. Ask the big guys.
