In trading I don't give a damn about fundamentals like who is sick, who is running what, corporate issues, legal issues, or foreign government issues. But price action wise, today looks like a long term down trend. I wouldn't want to be long now. GOOG was in a downtrend for a while alright...

I don't think Google will pull out off China. They rather accept cencorship and take what little profit they can get. As for AAPL: whoop dee doo :D

I think it's a great rule (not). let's make it for futures and forex trading too. isn't that what we call a fair level playing field!

that sub-pennying-talk is non-essential and totally unimportant. it takes away the focus and fighting energy from the transaction tax, which is a really serious issue. and it looks like institutions are going to make a deal with the government at the expense of the private trader - again

seriously though, it looks like it can go sideways for a couple of days, between 205 and 212. or it could indeed test 198 in just a few days, making the Closes of 12/24 and 12/28 look like a failed breakout. if it then makes further lower Closes, I might consider a new long term bear trend...

hmm, AAPL does look bearish now. lots of stops got run through today same with GOOG. if that ain't healthy selling...

the europeans even want to go further: the federalization of all nations of the world via the IMF. so they could tell the US and the Chinese what to do and what not.

I cannot answer since I don't know who you are and what you did... it depends on who you are and where you live... are you an individual? or are you part of a corporation? you live in the US or outside? are you US citizen or not? you can call these guys up. they are friendly and all talk.
