The FX market in all it's forms reflects liquidity available. That said, i was filled both sides on NFP release trading CME Futs. Unless you can afford to trade InterBank, I don't understand why traders do not trade Futures.

Due diligence would indicate this has always been the case. If you want to trade news, trade Futs.

Day trading is difficult but not impossible. As with everything in life, it's all about balance. Take time out, take holidays/travel, treat yourself. The monetary cost of this is an investment that returns a dividend far exceeding the initial outlay.
