If they go bankrupt and get rid of their huge underfunded pension fund... then the PBGC gets the first dibs on assets. So GM won't go bankrupt yet, as they still have lots of cash to burn.

Wonder which hedge fund will unlock the hidden value in GM? GM goes bankrupt, bonds plunge to 10% of par value, some big guy buys up all the bonds and debt at discount, gets a ton of the new issued shares while kicking the pensions to the PBGC. And he becomes rich and the ticker is GMHD(GM...

GM has $27 billion in net assets. It has $70 billion in pension fund deficits. Case closed.

A few additions which I forgot in my last post. TRP Strong growth. Bullish technicals. Sister stock of natural gas stocks. NJR ADX bullish cross. Small double bottom. Break above 65 day MA. Resistance above but bullish as whole industry(gas) is bullish.
