Sorry I cannot agree here. I analyzed Globex Level I data and >70% of all messages are bid/ask changes. Aggregating the trades will not decrease traffic significantly.

Today CME switched Globex market data dissemination. Instead of distributing the hit orders as single trades, they are now aggregated. Does anyone have a clue why ? Their reasoning (network traffic blah...) is absurd as bid/ask changes make up 80% of all messages. Maybe some link to 990?

Dear IB reps, unfortunately I got (semi-severely) affected by todays misquoting of March 10yrs... After the quotes came back, my TWS got a wrong divisor or something. I would never complain about NO quotes or an outage, therefore I have other feeds, but this one got nasty. If possible...

they won't go, i'd say. downscaled maybe. many of these contracts are not even suitable for electronic trading due to the low liquidity that is being spread over many expirations.

IB reps, are you going to offer pit access on retail accounts now? I proposed this several times earlier for some contracts. What exchanges will you offer - will Nymex be included ? Futures only or also Options on Fut ?
