Tradestation and QCharts both have 30 day free trials -- but you need to open an account with TS. Quote.com's livecharts has 100 bars of data you can download from their service. SSB

You need to look at the code <i>behind</i> the screens. I use it without a GUI with no problems. Do you have specific questions? SSB

Cool....from the website it looks like you can only connect to one exchange at a time....that's fine with me....but how complex is it to switch to another exchange?

You can use Windows Remote Desktop (also known as terminal services) to connect to your PC if it's running XP pro. If not you can use winvnc (or tightvnc) by themselves or with sslvnc to do remote connections to your PC. Google these terms to figure out how to use them. SSB
