there is something called empowerplus by true hope....this is being used by psychiatrists with excellent results over medications....not sure how much it costs and haven't used it myself. prozac is an old, old drug. citralopram or remeron is much better...lower side effect profile. fish...

listen to tapes with an alpha rythmn, or better still google heart math...very powerful. meditation, or visualization really help to put some space between you and your trades/life.:cool:

i can't quite put my finger on it, but in a way, this downturn has its up side. there was too much consumption...bad for the planet. also, bad for humans. emphasis on the wrong things. stosch, i think you have the right idea. an attitude of gratitude makes one look at what one does...

of course, the Geneva convention, and the UN are anti-semetic for thinking that Israel must comply with international law.\ They are occupiers. They are doing illegal acts, again, and again. They are engaging in ethnic cleansing. Lets be fair, shall we?

personally, i don't think this is cause for anti-semitism. however, what may bias some is that Israel is going on an illegal killing spree at this time.... many jews are opposed to this....the timing of these two events is particularly unfortunate for jewish public opinion good traders...
