I used to trade after hours and pre-market but i soon put a stop to that :)

How do you people handle gap ups/ gap downs? They are not a component of my trading system so I stay well away. Say I have a trade set-up for Monday and the stock trades way past my entry pre-market I walk away from the computer and crack open a beer, (sometimes get P***)haha. :D

Oh and there is no secret system and until you accept that you will never move on to the next level.:p

One I had started following in the mornings last week is www.aitradesystems.com They do free selection and so far have produced some nice trade setups. I mentioned it on another tread last week but have just been impressed with them lately.:cool:
