Are Leveraged ETFs Worth the Costs and Risk?

Not technically correct. You can say, "leveraged small cap ETFs HAVE NOT performed recently" because the market "play" has not been in that group. It is incorrect to claim "leveraged ETFs in small caps DO NOT WORK"... they just haven't worked lately. (There have been times where small caps...

Another example from Monday, 9/4... Notice how the market "built" support at 4518... and built resistance at 4532... then later tested the support built at 4518. THAT'S WHAT THE MARKET IS SAYING. The trading range is a time of indecision... traders should play the range extremes until "the...

I never suggested anybody "follow" me... as I'm not posting "anything" unless I post "everything"... and that's more hassle than it's worth. I've championed the notion of Price TA for years. It the most obvious, safest and easiest to learn.. and might I say one of the most successful...

Posting your track record is a HUGE hassle if you do it honestly... with no upside. However, there was a time when my track record was posted by somebody besides me... was posted in Investors Business Daily and Barrons. Got me audited by SEC. (Passed the audit, BTW. :D)

The chart is 2-min. Much market price information is obscured by longer reference times. EVERYTHING that is on the shortest term charts is also there on longer term ones... but often you can't see it because so much is smooshed together in the larger bar. It's there nonetheless.

Can use either limit or market. The concept of the play is more important than the fill price, so I'd recommend using market.... Price TA is all about swing-type moves, not scalps.

I don't want to sound (too much) like I'm pontificating... but here's a chart of Friday's ES. The UP arrows are support which you could/should have bought. The DOWN arrows are resistance which you could/should have sold. Nothing big on Friday... just bopping along... but this kind of thing...

Are Leveraged ETFs Worth the Costs and Risk?

Leveraged funds will work in your favor so long as the market has "the wind at your back". The increase in performance will more than make up for the higher costs of leverage. IOW... they're good for a swing play (which might be several years or just days) so long as you are on the right side...

Actually not. Many "believe" they know TA, but they really don't. That's why so many believe "TA doesn't work". In fact... TA WORKS LIKE A SON-OF-A-BITCH... right in front of their eyes yet they can't seem to get a handle on it. So lemme give it to you again... "Buy Support Sell Resistance...

Well, you SHOULD be (making money with TA)... I've given you the keys to the city and you've what, done nothing with it?

Have you ever thought of Fibonacci retracement on only 2 candles?

Wrong on both counts. Sorry, but you really don't know what you're talking about.

    China's Abandoned Electric Cars

The China graveyard of new EVs is yet another red flag about the high component of SCAM in the notion of EVs in general.

Have you ever thought of Fibonacci retracement on only 2 candles?

Not a "new concept". Has been around forever. Same implication on shorter term chart as on longer.

How predictive is volume to index futures?

In a Market Profile or Order Flow sense, then volume is important. In Price Chart trading, fuggetaboutit!... it's worse than worthless... volume considerations actually hamper performance.

What type of a track record do prop firms think is good enough prior to funding you?

I don't know about prop firms... but when it comes to OPM, "3-years track record, audited".

Dell 5820 NVME drive using adapter in SATA drive bay... speed lost?

Here's the link to what I would buy right now if I were in the market for a trading rig. https://www.ebay.com/itm/266357064317 I talked to the seller (asking for another ETer). Seller offered... 1. $500 instead of $529 2. Would include 2nd 256GB NVME for additional $15... $515 total. 3...

Dell 5820 NVME drive using adapter in SATA drive bay... speed lost?

Yes, but that wasn't the question. That NVME would be connected directly to PCIE bus, not routed through SATA interface.

Dell 5820 NVME drive using adapter in SATA drive bay... speed lost?

Dell T5820 is a fabulous machine... huge upgrade to prior models... but it came along a bit too late for proper use of NVME speed. So... Dell came up with an "NVME adapter bracket" to mount in one of the SATA drive bays. It seems to me that the NVME speed would be lost if data has to pass...
