Kinetick, Zen-Fire, CQG are all unfiltered feeds that record and server historical tick volume in the correct order received by the exchange thus, accurate historical data that would then create volume bars.

NinjaTrader does support Volume Bar charts and the lookback is of course dependent on the data source used. Using Kinetick.com, you will have access to 120 days of historical tick data for example. Using Zen-Fire or CQG, you will have access to over a year of historical tick data.

You can plug NinjaTrader into your TDA account for free.

Although this feature has been requested of us in the past, the demand is not extremely strong. At this time, we do not have any concrete plans in this area.

Technically it is possible, only you can tell if the effort involved would make sense compared to other platforms that could support this for you. You could write one strategy for all pairs.

NinjaTrader can chart and trade this automatically via a custom programmed strategy. It can't trade this manually.

This is not 100% accurate. If the OP has a brokerage account that supports NinjaTrader then NinjaTrader is free to use.
