Obama Admits he is a Muslim

That would be a shame if the public judges things on the basis of such trivialities since he's clearly the more qualified of the two candidates.

    wow a GREAT website

Not from what I've seen. Give the country a choice between a guy who graduated fifth from the bottom of his class, and a guy who graduated at the top of his class and see who they pick.

Looks like Palin needs to brush up on Domestic Policy too

Actually FNMA is a private entity. It's held by shareholders. It had to be taken over by the government just this month. I appreciate that there's a religion that private enterprise is always better, but it isn't. Sometimes it's better, sometimes (as is the case with FNMA) it fails.

    Palins interview with Gretta

Well I'm not a Dem, but if the Republicans win the White House the country is screwed. I wish people would stop voting on non-issues, like whether she's likeable and whether her husband is "Mr. Mom" rather than policies, and leadership, such as how McCain's lack of vetting may carry over to...

    WOW..First Neil Bush & Now McCain's Son

I agree with you, Pabst, that given his short, short tenure as the financial auditor of all loans with this bank that he probably saw that something was wrong with the books and resigned. As for the other article I doubt that anyone would hire a staff member for $1.2 million without extensive...

Blame Game Begins: Fingers Being Pointed @ A.B Culvahouse for Palin 'Vetting' Process

Based even solely on her daughters unmarried, unplanned pregnancy I'd say the answer is a big "unsatisfactory." The evangelicals are already displeased, now they're going to be right upset.

Sarah Palin Has Voted Repeatedly to Use Tax Dollars To Promote Abstinence Education

I agree with you, and I'm not saying that. That would be "proof by anecdote" which is incorrect. However although not proof, it may be reflective. I agree that it's not generalizable across all sex ed and all sex ed everywhere, but it is certainly a valid topic of discussion that has been...

    The Palin Train Wreck Continues

This is a catastrophe for the Republicans.

What will Obama "Change"? What particular "Hope" does he offer?

Well the debt was massively lower under Carter, and inflation and unemployment were "fixed" under Reagan by "redefining" them. (The price index doesn't include energy and housing now, for example, two of the biggest sources of inflation.) If you recalculate the misery index under Bush using...

What will Obama "Change"? What particular "Hope" does he offer?

Wow, actually that ad reflected very poorly on Hillary. Her last statement is the fallacy of mockery, her first statement is guilt by association, and her second statement was misrepresentation. Now I'm glad she didn't win.

    GOP Convention stands empty

No. In fact, Clinton had to shut down the government to get his budget bill passed. Also, you can check that budget bills originate in the OMB (the Office of Management and Budget) which is part of the White House. Congress passes the budget, but in Clinton's case they refused and he...

Sarah Palin Has Voted Repeatedly to Use Tax Dollars To Promote Abstinence Education

I agree with you that referring to someone as a "bitch" is absolutely wrong. Having said that, her daughter's experience is relevant in the context of sex education, Palin's support for abstinence only sex education, and perhaps most importantly of all McCain's vetting process and...

What Would Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter or Bill O'Reilly Say....

There really isn't a lot of middle ground to negotiate a compromise when one ground says that the morning after pill and aborting a microgram clump of cells is "murder."

    Palin the MILF

Although I doubt this is real, with today's Republican party, who knows! I would never have guessed the whole gay Republican reporter/male prostitute pictures were real, and they were. We'll have to wait to see McCain's naked pictures when they hit the web. (Mmph!)

What will Obama "Change"? What particular "Hope" does he offer?

Well thank you, it's very kind of you to say that. Sometimes I disagree with the Democrats (okay, often I disagree with the Democrats) and OFTEN I disagree with the Republicans lately, but I've tried to find the truth by doing research. I took the average of the VMW SATs to calculate it...

What will Obama "Change"? What particular "Hope" does he offer?

That's in respect to the 700 volunteers he mobilized, not the registration of voters. Sounds pretty good. Well, sort of. The group he headed predated project vote. From the quotes about his previous activism and organizational skills it sounds like he was very effective. Have...

I think it's great that you a white guy's views on black theology.

What will Obama "Change"? What particular "Hope" does he offer?

"After four years in New York City, Obama moved to Chicago to work as a community organizer for three years from June 1985 to May 1988 as director of the Developing Communities Project (DCP), a church-based community organization originally comprising eight Catholic parishes in Greater Roseland...

Palin Turns Out to be Member of the AIP

[/b] Well it was the assistant attorney general, and if he didn't say yes she'd fire him. :) Undoubtedly that was the argument -- and now look at the mess she's in. :) Okeeee... My philosophy would be more like "If she's not acquitted by the Republicans, I will be very...
