But its hard to keep finding edges. How does one keep finding a new edge? I was always under the impression that a trader found an edge, and developed it, but was always the same edge that they started out with.

I agree you need an edge. Otherwise you could be the a psychologically gifted trader, who's crap at trading, as they dont have an edge.
