I expect profit taking beginning Thursday afternoon and into Friday, especially if there is an early rally on Thursday morning. Way overbought! :D

I prefer to offset half of my position at the objective and the other half with a trailing stop. Sometimes the market gives more than you expect on the latter half of the position, and sometimes you give up some profits on the second half. Let those winners ride! :)

Exactly, there are many times in ES where slippage is 2 ticks, which is $25 per contract. IMO the dow trends better than ES which makes charting analysis clearer. :cool:

PFG brokers are price gouging. Man there's a serious markup on commissions with them. :( I like using their simulator to practice trading techniques, though. :cool:

C'mon this guy won't have a chance with only 2 grand in his account. There is something called a "learning curve" and the tuition for learning to trade is quite expensive. I guarantee you that you'll need much more than 2 grand in your account. :D

The $spx is still in a downtrend. Now we've come to the top portion of the range and we will have to see what happens. Resistance should come in at Friday's highs, but if the markets trade and close higher than Friday's highs then we'll be looking at a change in the short term trend.

You're right, volume was lighter than normal in YMH3 because of rollover. In fact dow futures volume is picking up. Checking on volume info at CBOT : :D :D :D

Watch the market trade like it traded today. Force yourself to replay today's action over and over and over again. Believe me, you'll want to trade tomorrow.:D

Don, I am a futures trader, one who has never traded stocks. Are there any tips or techniques that pro stock traders use that would translate into the world of stock index futures traders? How could a futures trader benefit from tape reading for example? :)
