I tried OEC long time ago, and I was not that impressed and went for another solution. I think it is not completly bad, there are just much better alternatives available. Even Rick Tomsic, founder of OEC, moved on and launched Tradovate in 2015, which I like MUCH more, especially their pricing...

Yeah, I think AMP offers 300$ margins on the emini contracts. But if you chose these low margins instead of the regular 500$, the clearing fee per contract goes up from 0.50 $ to 1.00 $. At least thats the info that I have.

No, it is a rebate program, if you trade enough volume they pay you back all your Eurex exchange fees. Combine that with a deep discount broker and voila, you can trade the Eurex contracts for something like below 0.50 EUR per contract (total cost).
