Longer term gameplan is looking like a swing down (July 3 candle was a nice bearish engulfing)...

Trading is like 95% of the time SITTING and WAITING, not pushing buttons (unless you are a high frequency scalper of course)... So I don't think posting on a forum can distract trading (unless it's one of those moments when action is needed).

Thanks cv, you too have fun today! As for trading - alright! 4+ hours a day is indeed not as bad and US news often can be a cause of not bad moves.... So good luck you in realizing this plan and let it work out as good as it can!
