You're basically asking for 1/10th of a penny commissions. The most effcient firm, has costs that run at or just higher then 1/10th. And by firm I mean, self clearing broker dealer. It's not going to happen. Even E-Trade, at $9 a trade will cost you over $60 for a 10K trade, which works out...

Not happening. If you're seriously going to be trading in 10,000 share blocks, or scaling in and out of 10,000 share positions, you can definately get under $5/1000 (.005) if your volume approaches over 150K a day. But then you still have to include ECN & SEC fee's.
