there are leads to strategies all over the internet, including this board. you aren't going to find a lot of specifics. you have to find one that suits your situation and personality, has either real or simulated results that accompany it, and makes sense logically.

for free? the exchanges want their money and you have to fill out an absurd amount of paper work. however, yahoo finance seems to update dynamically with ECN data when on individual company pages. maybe a watch list will update dynamically as well.

fyi, camtasia doesn't work on computers that have mulitple monitors (at least it didnt' for me). it's a drain on your cpu usage as well. good product otherwise
