most of the people who buy these stocks have too much money to know what to do with it.... They are trying to fill a void or gain excitement in their life by following the "story" of the stock and feeling involved. This will continue to go on and on as "A sucker is born every minute"...

Can someone with a more knowledge than me explain the rules about a US citizen buying Canadian TSX or TSX-V listed stocks? Through a US broker? Through a CDN broker? From my recollection a US citizen may not directly purchase CDN listed stocks?

Can pink-sheets stocks be traded in a similar way to buying NYSE stocks through an online broker? Wondering if someone may be able to comment on the differences. I think I have read that the pink sheets is not a exchange just a collection of market maker quotes?
