    Funny. That`s almost exactly opposite to this what I do. The only difference is in sizes and ratios.

    The beauty of this is, that ups and downs don`t hurt you so much and so often. My biggest concern in writing was always when to get in and when to get out, but it`s no longer an issue.

    I`ve just had similar position closed. The stock actually exploded while volatility was on the roof, so I had to roll over position to the next level, but still could make some profit. However, it`s great for non-trending markets, while the markets tend to grow recently, so I keep also bull...

    I hedge positions, so higher price means larger range of profitability, then higher premium/underlying ratio means higher return (vs. margin requirements, related again to price of underlying).

    In one of recent "Futures" there is interesting statistics published regarding this matter. And conclusion is, that buying calls would be the last thing you want to do. The odds are against you.

    Well, BPUR`s Open Interest is over 5K and Vol 172, that`s not bad, isn`t it ? Also, I`ve just checked bid/ask, now is 75/95. It is wide, but per stock price still looks attractive.

    I believe my approach in this is quite traditional: once I want to sell premiums (in complex position) I need high premium/underlying ratio. CC is interesting, so the question: do you trade such penny stocks options ? Have no experience with them. How is liquidity ?
