OTC options would not be for retail as their is counter party risk. You will need a large balance sheet. What the exchanges do still have is FLEX options, that are listed products similar to OTC options.

One big difference is that you can sell to open all the leaps you want but can't short warrants unless you can get a locate and a borrow. It's often an issue and keeps them trading higher than options do.

They do. You don't have to stick to ES. You can trade metals, soft, currency pairs etc.

A prop firm with PM accounts is not a typical set up. We don't have this issue.

Our clients can get margin calls and DT calls and meet them next day. Risk calls have to be addressed when the clearing firms calls or we call the client.
