ate lunch with my daughter at home before working out i lost track of time for fomc announcement. well..took a long eventually at 30..only 4 cts...tried to add to no avail, exit at 41, 43, 42, 45. got worried and wanted to take profits so i got all out. was looking at 57 as a good...

Would have been a good idea to keep 1 es ct long to keep as a runner when I entered my long trade at ~38 on YM.

so my original strategy is playing out fine but psychologically i haven't been able to turn a profit. instead i took large losses so i'm still down. Risk:reward is off, which is going to happen given my scalps..but there are other things that are throwing me off such as lag and previous losses.
