Although there are exceptions to every rule, I generally agree with B1S2. Van Tharp (Trade your way to financial freedom) discusses the pitfalls of scaling out also.

esignals programming language is very similar to javascript. If you are comfortable with that you will have no problem creating your own indicators or modifying the pre-existing indicators.
