i've brought this up in an earlier thread, but cnbc breaks news, they have broken mergers, the bail out package. for example DJ bought by NWS, 20 point move. chuck broke the rtc last thursday, 500 point dow move. its annoying most of the time, but for the time it works its as good as bloomberg

this stock, FED and WB today. WOW. these stocks are just dumping with the no short sell rule. FED is even on the SHO list so people are covering there shorts. Is this rule even helping? yes maybe the sotcks would be down more today if there was shorting, but how much lower could NCC go...
