Globex EUR futures 6E are messed up too. Live data arrives but historical data is missing for the last few hours - hence TWS charts don't update. (Bizzarely, TWS charts are incapable of building bars from live feed - they rely on historical bars instead.)

Looks like IB decided to "mitigate" this by disabling hisotrical data for Globex EUR futures.

You need to use their online chat and talk to a sales rep. They have a data-only subscription (which means you don't get any charting software with it but actually pay less).
