I am still having problems regarding incorrect quotes. anyone else today?

Arnie...your not alone i had problems this afternoon,quotes incorrect,also bear in mind sometimes you dont realise they are wrong which is to dangerous for my trading. I do like ib`s set up but these recent problems are starting to impact on my edge.

Yes,i noticed near the close bid/ask on NEM was not correct for about 5 mins,i have phoned about this but tech support could not do anything for me.

I mainly trade one particular stock on the nyse exchange and about 2% of the time i have noticed the bids and offers do not match what is actually happening on the nyse in the last week-i have market depth to check-in that the price may be a few cents away. I have phoned up tech support 3 or...

So you steal tens of millions of dollars and then get fined,is their any other sphere of life where you would not get sent to prison for the same thing....unbelievable.

I had a similar problem that drove me mad for 6 months,finally i found out the problem,namely overheating,atm i have removed the side of the case that houses the computer and have not had a problem since.

Somebody on this thread mentioned something about ib linking in with e-signal,could someone point me in the right direction how i can link it in? thank you

May i ask the community a question. Now that bullets are no more,if i had a legal way of hitting the bid without waiting for an uptick would this be a massive advantage? or just the same slight edge that bullet holders had before they were banned?

I used to trade with assent out of the U.K.,i can tell you i did not have any problems with their platform it was superb unfortunately for me they closed all foreign accounts.

Is their any soft wear out their that will calculate a stocks projected volume on the basis of what has been traded at a particular time? tia Happy Trading
