If you make enough money trading the markets then you can buy a good horse and make more money having people bet on it.

Never trust backtesting results until you forward test for at least a year. This is my experience.

If it is simple it should not take more than 10 minutes to convert it to any of the other languages. Maybe Amibroker will work. Just use the demo of the platforms and try it out.
