I agree about the HOA but with that said, if you chose to live in such a place run by one, then be prepared to have those clowns come harshly down on you if you do something to either upset your neighbors or break one of the many HOA rules.. I hate HOA So that is why I don't live in a place...

Regarding the comments made by retailers and analyst that Door Busters are great, I call bullshit. Yesterday, in my paper, there was an insert flyer for Home Depot.. It said SUNDAY ONLY and was a couple of pages only but on the cover page was a big pic of a LCD TV and it said this: 32" LCD...
