U are getting charged interest is probably because u dont have enough USD for ur stock position. The net liquidation value includes all currencies converted to ur base currency. So the 9K means including CAD and CAD stocks.

I am speculating their server got hacked today, when the security is the lowest. Once you enter ur username, they will use it on monday for pump and dump. By the time, the security people got to work, they have already did what they want.

I think u need to select IBEFP and trade it as a package in order to get the EFP margin

Why not then just short the single stock futures to begin with if you want a market interest rate for ur short position? Why need to buy EFP after the short stock position is initiated?

So, the yield is only 100% accurate if the stock doesnt pay dividend, correct? If u are already shorting a EFP on a non-dividend paying stock, all u are left with is a surprise dividend.

Wouldnt it be perfect if early delivery? U get to collect the futures premium without having to wait for the whole time.
