why not just trade futures that way you grt to short on a down tick plus iys easier faster and gives you great leverage

some firms are resposiable for the risk so they just decide what they willing to risk ......... it all depends on if they are and (IB) or a (IIB) and the clearing firm FCM that they use .

pats is much faster have used both TS is fine for stock but i would not trade fut thru them very slow
