how did you modify the pivots to eliminate weight sag? also, does the short crossbar come with pivots, so that's why you only bought 4 pivots?

all you really "need" for trading is 1 monitor and an internet connection. but it's fun, more of a hobby than actual need. like buying a porsche, or even a prius. you don't "need" to pay more to get you from point A to B.

ah, but with vertical it won't look as cool to see wires hanging above it :D

lol, I wish you good health and long life on the LCD panels. good idea about securing the top portion of the panel to the wall. perhaps I could affix a thin piece of metal from the stand to the wall. it should be strong enough to stop a toddler.

StockzTrader, now that we have someone who has the ultimate, I wanted to ask from first hand experience. Six 24" on one integrated stand, is that stable? The reason I ask is that I have a 2.5 year old son, and it would be a shame if I went with the whole 9 yards, and it gets knocked over/broken...

Wow, nice. Can you provide a link for where you bought the ergotron stand? or a link for which stand it is? I've been tring to find a stand that can hold the weight and width of 24's.

I will buy an NVDA 7600 as the main card on the x16 slot. how do I get more monitors without slowing down the the NVDA card? will having Matrox PCI cards conlict with and slow down the main NVDA card?
