Best at 5am:D .. terrible as the day goes on.. 12pm to 1:30 especially to be avoided... Worth "fishing" after 1:30 for reversals.. BUT every now (minority of the time) something big happens and makes you think,, "I will never miss anything again" then get your head handed to you the next day...
