This really puzzles me......Its a very competetive brokerage market out there, and these guys are acting like dicks. Wouldn't you think they would get more business if they were a little respectful. I know one thing for sure...two of my buddies decided against opening an account with them...

The customer service base in Quebec are the worst. The ones from Chicago are helpful and nice. Actually there are a couple from Quebec that are nice and knowledgeble. The rest should be fired...................or shot
