    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

I did attend "Escape and Evasion" training in the military years ago. I guess it is still working today. :D

    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

Great post! You are right, "add" trading is a VERY HIGH RISK style! Not for everyone, by any means. BTW, I am a rated pilot so I do know how to fly. :D

What "losing" position are you talking about? Yesterday I had no losers! Open your mind and think outside of the box! :)

Clint also said one of the best statements for trading ever IMO!!! Heartbreak Ridge - Clint as the Marine "Gunny" shouting at his bewildered soldiers, "IMPROVISE, ADAPT, OVERCOME!" :D

    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

Time to answer some of the questions that were asked on this thread yesterday. * misctrader I only "add" to positions in certain situations (like I said before...only about 10% to 15% of my total trades for the year did I do an "add"), so do not get fixated on this style. Adding to...

    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

I was out all day with my family, so sorry I did not respond to questions earlier. I use the 5 min charts during the trade day with occasional looks at the 15 min/60 min/ and the daily. I do not scale into trades all the time (maybe 10% to 15% of trades over the last year), so today was not...

    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

I will be leaving SWA very soon...I promised my wife I would stay until the end of this year (I made that promise at the beginning of this year), and I will stick to my word. SWA is a great company to work for, and I do only work three nights a week. I have all the days of the week to trade so...

    EGO CHALLENGE (26 Sept 2003)

Today I did this mostly to show people what is possible... I have never listened to the "only 2 pts a day" crowd. I just like when people are able to think about the possibilities in trading...not to always be bound by the negative.

For today, I am calling it a day.....Wife saw my jump in P&L again, and today she wants me to take her to lunch. Good Fortunes All! Chris BTW, I will review my point tally later (should be another + 20 pts per contract or so for 5 ES today). I left you all some time to play...
