I will have to agree that the job market is starting to slip. I am in the auto repair business and many small car dealers have lost their financing and have closed. Also, with Nat Gas prices plunging, it is just a matter of time before the barnett shale jobs get hit.

I live in For Worth city limits about 10 miles north of downtown. Southlake, Keller, and Fort Worth all pay high property taxes. Yeah, property values don't drop that much because they can't get too high because of property taxes. Also, everybody fights like hell to keep their property values low.

Our property taxes are horrendous. I pay $6000 a year for a $227000 house. Roll that in to your payment and houses will never appreciate.

Today I made 2 attempts to pick a tradable bottom but was hurt each time. :mad: I made some of that back with the late rally but I just can't get over the fact the market looks extremely oversold and the market just keeps going down, tick by tick! This is a very tough market to make money imo...

According to Decison Point the market isn't anywhere close to being cheap.
