Bullshit. Black projects can remain concealed for decades. The perfect example would be the B-2. German scientists, many of whom were brought to the US after WWII, helped develop the "flying wing". Forty years later, the US government unveils the B-2. Some of these planes take 15-20 years...

Only temporary. Eventually, your standard of living will be about the same as those in emerging countries. Not quite dirt floors and not quite marble, but somewhere in between.
