yeah I sold the ZN then bought the 10 cash before it bounced. The bond is so thin that I trade 2 lots then add to em so I don't get f$cked on a ten tick sweep. At least the ten year is getting thicker usually 300 by 400 which is nice to see so you can manage a bigger trade.

you can trade as big as you want but with the bid ask 100/120 all day if you trade a 100 lot + and someone sweeps the book with a 2000 lot and you're on the wrong side you just lost 15K+ in a second too much risk. Maybe size will come back one day...The only way to do it right now is to scale...

quick response b4 ADP I used to spread 5 by 50 in the cash market and trade 20-30 lots outright now I trade 1 by 10 in the spread and don't trade more than 4 ZB or 10 ZN but it moves so much you can have a real good or bad day with a few trades so many primary dealers and bank trading desks gone...
