Oh man. I was going to have a nice discussion about soccer, and then you mentioned Ravanelli :)
By the way: Zidane gave his version of the facts. He acknowledged that Materazzi didn't say anything racist, but he said that he offended his sister and mother.
Materazzi said that he would never...
Pretty good. Buffon is also very good
I think I would take Gentile Or Cannavaro instead of Facchetti.
Difficult. There seems to be an overlap between Rivera and Baggio. I think another wing is needed, obviously in place of Baggio. Maybe Zambrotta?
Unfortunately Rossi is a good...
Wise decision. How about someone from Brazil?
By the way: Brazil might have lost on the pitch, by they did win the prize for the hottest chick in the public:
For the record: the only team requested to go to serie C is Juventus. Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina should go to serie B, with 3 or 15 points penalty.
Whether this will happen or not, I don't know
Valid comment. Yet I would like to make a distinction between the case when a player just dives for no reason and when a player dives after a foul, even if he really doesn't have to.
In the second case the player might be to blame, but it's still a foul, and maybe a penalty.
As far as I know...
He has kind of a point, though, and it is valid for all popular sports.
I went to Hamburg last week, and on the train I met a Mexican. He was in Germany to follow all the matches that Mexico played. He told me he was a vet working at Bayer. Now, how much can he earn? And he has a family.
Well...
And what if FRA won't be there?
People were sure Brazil would be in the final. Then Germany. France is probably a better team, but Portugal is pretty good too. Scolari did a very good job. And they have pretty good players: Ronaldo, Figo, Deco, Maniche...
It's a semifinal: France should win...
I'm not sure I really can use it to predict. I guess not all bad stocks are subject to window dressing. My main intention was to understand why some stocks go down without a reason. I think the best way to use this is just to be careful at the end of each quarter.
Hey, I'm trying to learn...
bucketing and churning? Do funds do that?
Maybe I got the wrong definitions. I'm using the definitions from investopedia:
bucketing:
A situation where, in an attempt to make a short-term profit, a broker confirms an order to a client without actually executing it. A brokerage which engages...
learned something new. Thanks :)
But bucketing and churning don't influence the price as window dressing, do they? They are just unethical broker's practice
While looking around to find an explanation for some price movements, I found a new term: window dressing. It's always annoying to see that people managing your money are using these tricks. Very professional.
Anyway, I know what it is, what I wonder is if it happens so often. Apparently it...
Most of you probably know the article already, but I find it nice for the american fans. I hope something will happen.

Do you want more? I'm still missing Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka', Totti, Vieri, Costacurta...
You know, part of the fun in soccer is given by the gay players' chicks :)
Okay, I really had to post this, it's a classic :)
Adriana Sklenarikova, Slovak supermodel, ex Miss Wonderbra, and Christian Karembeu's wife. I don't even know if Karembeu is still playing, but boy, she was hot
