CF , Any advice on redrawing the trend lines? As in the chart the first steeper trend line is already violated, and one was looking for going long on the pull back. You make a new trend line if there is a lower low, and now wait for the new trend line to be broken ?

I see your reasoning, and it is very clear. There was a support on the hourly, daily and the steep 5M trendline was broken. Also there was a bullish engulfing candle on the 5M.

There is no point in calling trade setups in a journal. imo keep it as it is. I did not see the last setup you showed, I was shorting the L1 setup and I was still in a downtrend. I am always worried when there is a significant tail in the L1 setup in one of the candles as here, so I closed...

Here is a channel line on the hourly, and 1.3200. Looks like a good breakout trade above 1.3200. We will see, now it is stuck below.
