earnings.com has .07 estimated eps... they should blow that out of the water. stock trading up at $19.59 +8.67% at the moment

I have the first question down. No experience trading. I gave a pretty decent answer in the first round interview two weeks ago and it's looking like I'm already wrong lol. Market in 2 years? Anybody's guess right now but if you had some insight, I'd love to hear it.

Well I'm coming straight out of college, so the position would be salaried for a while.

The position is salaried with a movement towards weaning you off of that within 12-24 months I believe (although obviously I haven't had an offer letter).
