    Traders Cant Beat The Market

I've heard people ask alot why are there not traders as rich as Buffett. Investors keep reinvesting their profits where as traders use their profits to live off of. It would be interesting to see what the results would be if traders showed what they could have earned had they used their...

who are the real traders on ET?

Island: I think you're missing the big picture. You need to take the good with the bad. This site has helped me exponentinally with my learning curve, and yes the negative posts I recieved asking newbie questions, could at times, be a bit discouraging. But, it only takes one good reply or...

Is there any other trading firms in Kansas City other than Bright?

Am I being harsh? Anyhow, I just read the thread of Don's visit to the Assent office before I read this one. Plus add a bad trading day to it. I apologize if your intentions are sincere.

Is there any other trading firms in Kansas City other than Bright?

I would have assumed the Greentree office manager in Kansas City would have completed research to see who had offices there and if there was a sufficient pool of traders to make it profitable. If it was done right your question has already been answered.

Is there any other trading firms in Kansas City other than Bright?

I think JP's approach to recruiting is a little unimaginative and is a page out of Don Bright's book of sales and marketing.

Is there any other trading firms in Kansas City other than Bright?

Well, I was the contact person, I sent JP an e-mail stating I was willing to pay him $100,000 per year with no up front capital and only had to work the first hour of the opening. I'm glad I checked this board before I sent it to him. Your sarcasm cost a pretty good opportunity!

I believe Greentree Trading is opening an office there. If you search the archives in this thread, I think you'll find the contact person.

Got time to help a college student?

I think Baggerlord is good inspiration for those with accounts below 25k. The main problem with accounts under 25k is the Pattern Daytrading Rule. It says if you buy and sell in one day 4 times in a 5 day period you are a pattern day trader and must have 25k in your account. They'll freeze...

Oh yeah, if you don't show some balls and stop being afraid to be learning something new, you will be EATEN alive by other posters who have no time to answer questions to someone who has not read a single book and are asking NEWBIE questions. Read, read and don't post again until you can answer...

    Is This Kosher?

Yeah, it is that easy to do it, but he gets bored looking at screens all day and wants to help others. Move over Buffett, the King of Compounded Interest, Mr. Trading From Main Street is close behind. Do the math.
