This is something I have tossed around a many times. Most of these shops do it wrong in my book. If you aren't successful at trading, I wouldn't do it. I want an equities desk as well as a futures desk. Finding the right people is key and having a stellar risk management system set...

One of us will be in a position then once one is in the money, the other will go the opposite direction. Debating if I should short now or not. Probably won't.

I trade some decent size, probably more size than most on here. If you are letting a trade move 50 points against you, your entry and analysis of the market are very poor.
