Hey, i did that w/o even looking it up!! I usually just watch the screen and send mkt orders when my upper/lower limit is hit, so i just wanted to make sure i got it right (i was 99% certain, but just wanted to make sure i laid money on the line with those type of orders).

I would think your perception is incorrect, as the indexes do indeed change relative to the moves in specific stocks. You can set up a spreadsheet with the underlying stocks (in the correct percentages of course), use the index's divisor, and you will see that they are responsible for the...

Somewhat on-topic... would you trade a system that wins 80% of the time, loses 20% of the time.... but winners are 2 points, losses are 5 points. If the percentages are correct it's profitable, but what about the streak of 3 or 4 losses in a row? (or only 1 or 2 wins in 7 or 8 trades)...

Try saving it as a .txt file, then open excel, and try to open the .txt file by using the OPEN command from the file header in excel. A "wizard" should pop up which will walk u thru what you're trying to accomplish.

The BTK is NOT the same composition as the BBH (if that is indeed the symbol for the biotech holder product). The holder ETFs and the indexes you are likely thinking of are not the same... they may have some degree of correlation, but they are not the same.
